Sessions are designed to run over two 75 minute periods. AM sessions are run during the morning within periods that fall between 8am and 11am. PM sessions are run in the afternoon within period that fall between noon and 3pm. Please specify the time frame(s) requested.

Each Customer Service Certification session can host 15-30 students. 30 students is the MAXIMUM that can be hosted in one session.

Customer Service Certification for SHSM

The Customer Service Certification program offered through IEC of Hamilton was designed for the Secondary School (Public and Catholic Boards) Skilled High School Major (SHSM) Program. During this half day, two hour Experiential Learning based program, participants will receive hands on training, gaining a basic understanding of fundamental customer service principles. Upon completing this engaging and interactive SHSM certification program, participant will receive a "Certificate of Completion" to reference on future resumes and academic record.

This certification is provided in concert with the Public and Catholic Secondary School Board's SHSM program coordinators., and can be made available to any Secondary school within the HWDSB and HWCDSB.
