Customer Service Certification
The Customer Service Certification program offered through IEC of Hamilton was designed for the Secondary School (Public and Catholic Boards) especially for Co-op preplacement. During this half day, two hour Experiential Learning based program, participants will receive hands on training, gaining a basic understanding of fundamental customer service principles. Upon completing this engaging and interactive certification program, participant will receive a "Certificate of Completion" to reference on future resumes and academic record.
This certification is provided in concert with the Public and Catholic Secondary School Board's Co-op program coordinators., and can be made available to any Secondary school within the HWDSB and HWCDSB.
