Whether you are an employer or an employee, you can make a difference in shaping Hamilton’s future workforce by becoming a career mentor. You are encouraged to share knowledge of your career or sector to individuals or groups in different situations that include:
- Speaking in classrooms (1-2 hrs)
- Workplace tours (2-3 hrs)
- Job shadowing (6-8 hrs)
- Taking a co-op Student (3- 6hrs per day for a semester )
- Internships ( 3-12 months)
- Apprenticeships ( multiple months or years)
